The 1st International Conference on Translational Medicine

The overall focus of the First International Conference on Translational Medicine is to bring together in one venue, leaders of different types of national initiatives on translational science, aimed at facilitating the pathway from discovery to healthcare in Australia and the world. With a stellar group of speakers, who have never been brought together in one setting, we can contrast and compare different approaches to foster translational medicine across the globe. Of importance there will be exciting and innovative panels and discussions and also presentations on translational approaches to disease of global impact such as obesity, malaria, traumatic brain injury, autoimmunity and cancer.
